By the very nature of the way we like to operate any ATC that happens would have to be more "military specific" which basically means the pilot can do what they like, but the controller just makes sure they do it causing minimal impact on anyone else.
However.....at least all singing off the same song sheet as to "what type of approach" is being carried out would make life for everyone much more straight forward.
Ill try and get some good pictures of what these approaches actually are but there is absolutely no need to do anything different to how we do now.....unless people would like taught some of the more complex ones.
For now though I think the ones below are all we would really use:
Visual Straight in Approach
Visual Run and Break (my preferred method)
